Non-Profits
New Jersey Community Capital (NJCC) is a 28-year old community development financial institution (CDFI) that provides support to over 100 non-profits throughout New Jersey. NJCC invested in a credit union servicing organization (CUSO), CUMAnet LLC. Because of this ownership interest, NJCC and our credit union partners earn dividends from mortgages closed through Address Yourself. NJCC’s earnings from this investment are used to support housing counseling that’s free to the participant.
Credit Unions
Credit Unions are non-profits committed to providing support to their members who are also their owners. Volunteers sit on the board of directors of all credit unions ensuring that profits are used to keep costs low for members.Affinity Federal Credit Union, The Credit Union of New Jersey, and Greater Alliance Credit Unions invested in Address Yourself and offer affordable mortgage products designed especially for low-to-moderate income families.
Servicers
Servicing companies collect mortgage payments from borrowers on the behalf of the lender. Address Yourself works with a credit union servicing organization (CUSO), CUMAnet LLC. The staff at CUMAnet is used to working closely with housing counselors to ensure that your family has somewhere to turn, if ever a need arises.
